Butanabe is a Japanese pork casserole.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage (hakusai)
- 1 medium daikon radish
- 1 block tofu
- 1 leek
- 2 cups dashi soup stock
- For dipping sauce: 1/2 cup soy sauce / 2 tbsp remon juice / 4 tbsp mirin
