Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) is a good sandwich filling.
- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- 4 pieces tonkatsu
- 4 cabbage leaves, washed and thinly sliced
- butter, softened
- tonkatsu sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Spread softened butter on each slice of bread. Put some cabbage on a slice of bread and put a tonkatsu on the top. Put some tonkatsu sauce or Worcestershire sauce over the tonkatsu. Place a slice of bread on the top. Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half.
