The soup is simply seasoned with salt. Butter flavored corn adds great taste to it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chukamen noodles
  • 1/2 cup whole corn
  • 1/2 cup bean sprout
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 4 cups chicken soup stock
  • 2 tsps sesame seeds

Preparation:

Put butter in a frying pan and saute corn and bean sprouts on medium heat. Boil ramen noodles for a couple minutes and drain. Meanwhie, heat chicken soup stock in a deep pan and season with salt. Serve soup in ramen bowls and put ramen noodles in the soup. Place sauteed corn and bean sprouts on top of the ramen and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Makes 2 servings
