Tuna Rice Recipe

This recipe uses a can of tuna. It's easy to make.

Japanese Rice Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (6 oz) tuna
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsps sake
  • 2 1/3 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups Japanese rice

Preparation:

Put rice in a bowl and wash it with cold water. Repeat washing until the water becomes clear. Drain the rice in a colander. Put rice and water in a rice cooker and set aside for 30 min. Add sake and soy sauce in the rice and stir well. Drain a can of tuna and add in the rice. Start cooking the rice. Cooking Steame Rice
