Japanese Salad Dressing Recipes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb daikon radish, peeled and sliced into thin strips
- 1/4 lb dehydrated wakame seaweed, cut into 1 1/2 inch length
- 1 small cucumber, sliced into thin strips
- *Japanese-style salad dressing
Preparation:
Soak daikon strips in cold water for about 10 minutes and drain in a colander. Mix together daikon strips, cucumber strips, and wakame seaweed in a large bowl and chilled in the refrigerator. Serve the salad in a large salad bowl or individual salad bowls. Pour Japanese-style onion flavored salad dressing before eating.*Makes 4 servings
