Shrimp and Cucumber Salad Recipe - Japanese Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 pound shrimp
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 tsp sake

PREPARATION:

Cut cucumber into thin round slices. Pour boiled water over shrimp in a strainer. Mix vinegar, sugar, and sake in a bowl. Add cucumber slices and shrimp in the bowl and mix well.
