Ingredients:
- 1 lb oyster
- 1 enoki mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1/4 pound spinach
- 3 tpsps butter
- 3 tbsps flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Wash oyster with salt. Slice onion thinly. Cut enoki mushroom and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Put butter in a frying pan and saute enoki mushroom, onion slices, and spinach. Add flour in the pan and stir well. Add milk and chicken bouillon powder and bring to a boil. Add oyster. Put the oyster cream in a baking pan and sprinkle cheese on the top. Bake it on 300 degree F oven for about 10 minutes.*Makes 4 servings
