Baked Oyster Recipe - Japanese Seafood Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb oyster
  • 1 enoki mushroom
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 pound spinach
  • 3 tpsps butter
  • 3 tbsps flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Wash oyster with salt. Slice onion thinly. Cut enoki mushroom and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Put butter in a frying pan and saute enoki mushroom, onion slices, and spinach. Add flour in the pan and stir well. Add milk and chicken bouillon powder and bring to a boil. Add oyster. Put the oyster cream in a baking pan and sprinkle cheese on the top. Bake it on 300 degree F oven for about 10 minutes.
