This is a quick eel dish to make with something you have in the fridge. INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Mix mirin, soy sauce, and sake in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Stir-fry green pepper and mushrooms on high heat until softened. Add unagi pieces and gently stir-fry them. Turn down the heat to medium, and pour the seasoning over the ingredients. Gently stir and stop the heat.
