It's a curry flavored stir fry made with squid and green bell pepper.
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 pre-cleaned squid tubes
- 4 small green bell pepper, cored and cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut squid out flat and score the surface diagonally.
- Cut squid into about 1 inch by 2 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet on high heat.
- Add squid and green bell pepper in the skillet and stir fry until squid change color.
- Turn down the heat to medium and sprinkle curry powder and stir fry quickly.
- Stop the heat and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
