Shrimps are steamed in Japanese sake.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large shrimps, deveined
  • 1/4 cup sake

Preparation:

Heat sake in a large pan. Put shrimp and cover the pan with a lid. Steam on low heat for a couple minutes. Stop the heat and let cool.

*Makes 4 servings
