PREPARATION:Thinly slice shiitake mushrooms.
Heat
dashi soup stock in a pan.
Add shiitake slices, soy sauce and salt in the soup and bring to a boil. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour the eggs into the soup slowly. Stop the heat and add boiled string beans in the soup.
