Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 8-12 snow peas
- 3 1/3 cups bonito dashi soup stock
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sake
Preparation:
Trim the ends of snow peas. Boil snow peas for a minute and soak them in water to cool. Slice snow peas into thin strips. Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Heat bonito dashi soup stock in a pan. Add chicken and simmer until cooked. Season with salt, sake, and soy sauce. Add snow peas and cook for a minute.*makes 4 servings
