Making Sushi - Nigirizushi

Purchase a block of fresh maguro (tuna) from a certified store/dealer. Shape it into a rectangle. Slice the maguro into smaller rectangular pieces. *Make sure to keep your hands, a knife, and a cutting board clean before you begin.
