How to Make Thin Sushi Rolls

Japanese thin sushi rolls are generally called hoso-maki. The most popular one is kappamaki (cucumber roll). Here are the basic steps for making hoso-maki.

- Place nori seaweed on bamboo mat.
- Put rice and fillings on nori seaweed.
- Roll the sushi.
- Unwrap the bamboo mat.
- Done.
