INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup dashi soup stock
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

PREPARATION:

Put mirin in a pan and heat. Add soy sauce and dashi soup stock in the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil.
