Fried Potato Recipe - Party food

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumb
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Wrap the potato pieces in a plastic wrapper and heat in the microwave to soften them. Unwrap the potato and peel the skin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread flour over the potato chucks. Dip the potato into whisked egg. Spread breadcrumbs on the potato pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 400 degrees and fry the potatoes for one minute.
