Ingredients:
- 1 block silk tofu
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsps soysauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Preparation:
Slice garlic and fry them. Cut tomatoes into rounds. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Place tofu and tomatoes in a plate. Sprinkle fried garlic over the salad. Mix soysauce, vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil to make dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad before eating.Makes 4 servings
