Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Edamame and Pork Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-6 fresh asparagus
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Preparation:
Peel the bottom part of asparagus using a peeler. Diagonally slice them into thin pieces. Mix soy sauce, sugar, and mirin in a small cup and set aside. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Stir-fry asparagus slices on high heat for about one minute. Pour mixed seasonings over asparagus and stir-fry quickly until the liquid is gone. Stop the heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the asparagus.*makes 2 serving
