Ingredients:
- 1 bunch, or about 1 lb fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Wash spinach and boil for a few minutes. Drain and squeeze spinach and remove the excess water very well. Cut spinach into 2 inch lengths. Grind walnuts well and add soy sauce and sugar and stir well. Mix the walnut sauce and spinach together.*Makes 4 servings
