Yakinegi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 negi
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation:

Wash negi and cut diagnally into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Brush negi with sesame oil and grill them. Brush negi with soy sauce and grill until soften.

Makes 4 servings
