Vegetable Yakisoba Recipe - Japanese Noodle

It's a variation of yakisoba fried noodles. This recipe includes many vegetables and no meat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 servings pre-steamed chuka noodles for yakisoba
  • 1 green asparagus
  • 1/2 celery, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz carrot, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 clove ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Boil asparagus and slice diagonally into thin strips. Heat sesame oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Saute ginger, carrot, and celery slices well. Further, add asparagus and saute. Finally, add noodles and stir-fry with vegetables. Pour salt, sake, and soy sauce over noodles and stir quickly.
