Ingredients:
- 2 servings pre-steamed chuka noodles for yakisoba
- 1 green asparagus
- 1/2 celery, thinly sliced
- 3 oz carrot, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 clove ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Boil asparagus and slice diagonally into thin strips. Heat sesame oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Saute ginger, carrot, and celery slices well. Further, add asparagus and saute. Finally, add noodles and stir-fry with vegetables. Pour salt, sake, and soy sauce over noodles and stir quickly.*Makes 2 servings
