Matcha Desserts!
- I love green tea desserts, but I haven't had too many. Some of my favourites are green tea mousse (a bit of matcha stirred into a little cream until smooth, then whipped with more cream and some sugar to a fluffy mousse) and the green tea chocolates I found a recipe for here on this site! I also like dango made with matcha to colour and flavour it.

Green Tea Ice Cream
- We love making green tea ice cream in our household. The biggest benefit is that we can customize it perfectly to our personal tastes, instead of being stuck with the one and only version of green tea ice cream our local grocery store sells.
