Sushi Rolls!
- I love sushi rolls and make them fairly often. I am vegetarian, too, so I love to fill them with cucumber, baked teriyaki tofu, shredded carrot and onion sprouts. When I get sushi from Hiro's, the best place in town for sushi, I LOVE the asparagus tempura rolls, which is just an asparugus spear fried in tempura batter, rolled with rice and nori. I could eat them all day!!

- I love sushi rolls and I am vegetarian. My favourites are: steamed asparagus; steamed julienned carrots; and a local sushi stall has mushrooms but I don't know what kind.

Two favorites
- Our local Japanese restaurants (Watanabe's) makes so many delicious forms of sushi, it's hard to choose, but we especially like "crunchy rolls" and "spider rolls," made around, respectively, deep-fried shrimp and deep-fried soft-shell crab. Yum, yuml!
